Personalized Noiseless Medical Alert Therapy Dog Pet ID Tag

Customized your existing collar or add this personalized puppy plate. Create a one of a kind dog collar by adding this personalized medical / therapy dog tag...Featuring a star of life cross and your custom text.
These plates are made to attach directly to the collar, so there is no noise from the tags.

THIS LISTING IS FOR THE PLATE ONLY and does not include the dog collar. This custom plate comes with ONE SET of screws.

A copper star of life medical symbol is soldered onto your choice of a silver, brass, or copper plate. Each tag can be hand stamped with up to 4 lines of text.

PLEASE NOTE: The Chicago Screws may come loose with wear. YOU SHOULD CHECK THEM EVERY WEEK TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE SECURE. For a more permanent solution you can add a small drop of supper glue to the threads to help hold them in place.

HOW TO ATTACH PLATES:
To add this plate to your collar....
  • 1. Mark the holes on the dog collar with a sharpie pen using the plate as a guide
  • 2. Use a 7/32" drill bit to drill holes into the collar
  • 3. Attach the plate using the enclosed screws

    DETAILS:
  • The metal plate is 3/4 inches wide x 3 1/2 inches long. The plate is shown on a 1 inch wide collar.
  • The metal plate is available in Copper, Silver or Brass
  • The screws are available in Copper, Brass, or Silver. So feel free to Mix and Match
  • The brass and copper plates and components will darken and patina over time. You can restore the shine with a jewelry polishing cloth.

    WHAT HAND STAMPED MEANS:
    I personally hand stamp my pieces. Each letter, number and symbol is created using individual letter stamping tools. Variations in spacing and letter/number alignment may occur. These differences should not been seen as defects, but rather adding to the charm and uniqueness of each piece.
