  • WHAT DOES HAND STAMPING MEAN?:
    I personally hand stamp my pieces. Each letter, number and symbol is created using individual letter stamping tools and a hammer. These pieces are NOT created using a machine therefore variations in spacing and letter/number alignment may occur. These differences should not been seen as defects, but rather adding to the charm and uniqueness of each piece.

  • HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
    Production time varies depending on the time of the year and the amount of pieces I have to create. It is generally 5-8 business days (M-F) but it can be as much as 2 weeks prior to shipping. US shipping times vary from 2-5 days. International shipping can take 2-4 weeks.

  • CAN YOU EXPEDITE MY ORDER?
    Production time is approximately 5-8 Business Days (M-F) prior to shipping. If you need it sooner you can order the "production rush" in addition to the cuff. That will get it shipped in 1-3 business days.
    If you would like to upgrade to priority or express mail you will have that option during the checkout process.

  • DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON YOUR CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
    Unless there is a mistake on my part, All PERSONALIZED items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    PERSONALIZED items include any piece that is hand stamped or engraved with custom text, dates, or images or any alterations made to an existing bracelet, necklace or ring.
    CUSTOM ITEMS include any cuff, bracelet or ring that is cut and sized for an individual.
    All my CUSTOM pieces are made to order. I do not keep inventory. These items may be returned or exchanged for a 30% restocking fee.
    All return / exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • CAN YOU PROVIDE A PROOF OF WHAT THE PIECE WILL LOOK LIKE BEFORE I ORDER?
    Unfortunately I do not provide proofs prior to the piece being made. Because they are made to order each piece is made on demand. Every letter/numbers/character/image is done individually by hand. Spacing will vary slightly from piece to piece.

  • CAN I RESIZE MY RING / BANGLE?
    These items can only be sized down 1-1.5 sizes Max. Due to the work involved with cutting the band down, soldering and polishing, there is a $20.00 resizing fee for all rings and bangles. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

    Due to the risk of damaging the stone with the heat from the soldering process, the the following rings cannot be resized: Sterling Silver Turquoise Rings, Sterling Silver Opal Rings.

  • CAN I RESIZE MY CUFF BRACELET?
    Cuff bracelets have the opening for sliding off and on your wrist. Cuff bracelets can only be made smaller if they have not be personalized or if the text placement allows. There is a $7.00 fee to resize each cuff. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? Yes. We currently ship internationally.
    Buyers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be due at the time of delivery. Tax and Duty fees are not included in my shipping fee and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If the duties are not paid within a reasonable amount of time your package will be returned to me. Once I receive the package I will be happy to reship. Any additional shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • HOW IS THE PIECE PACKAGED?
    My jewelry is packaged in a brown craft box and hand tied with a colorful sting ready for giving. If your purchase is intended as a gift, please leave me a note in the "Include this message with my gift" box during the checkout process and I will be happy to include a gift card.

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF IT DOESN'T FIT?
    Size or length of jewelry is the buyer's responsibility. Please read the product description for each piece for sizing details. If you have ANY questions about the correct size, please contact me prior to ordering. Most of the time it's as simple as using a measuring tape or piece of string and a ruler. Not all items can be re-sized. If it can be adjusted there is a $10.00 fee + any shipping costs. If it is a custom piece and you would like to have it re-made,I will provide you a 20% discount off an entirely new piece.
