Our products are thoughtfully handcrafted and made to order. We do not keep inventory; we believe in creating personalized items tailored to your needs.
Orders typically leave our studio in 5-8 Business Days.
During certain peak shopping seasons shipping may take longer.
We do our best to get all orders out in a timely manner.

We ship all orders (from Maryland, USA) exclusively through USPS.
Please do not send personal or business FedEx or UPS account numbers for shipping purposes - those carriers are not options.


At checkout, use the drop down menu to choose from the following:

  • Ground Advantage (estimated delivery in 3-7 business days)
  • Priority Mail (estimated delivery in 2-4 business days)
  • Express Mail (estimated delivery in 1-2 business days)

    Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as USPS shipping speeds may vary.

    Common Shipping Delays

    • The most common shipping delay results from errors in shipping addresses. Please make sure that the shipping address is filled-in correctly in the order confirmation you received via email. If it is incorrect, please contact us immediately.
    • I ship Monday-Friday. Orders that are made on weekends will be shipped out on Mondays. Exceptions to this rule are holidays.
  • Track Your Shipment.

    You can track your order using the tracking number included in your order confirmation e-mail.

    • If you did not get an email from us, there may be several reasons:
      • You did not complete the entire order process.
      • You may have entered your email address incorrectly on the order form.
      • The email was sent to your spam folder by mistake.
