HOW WE MAKE OUR HAND STAMPED DOG TAGS:

Our personalized dog tags are made completely by hand.
You choose the base for your tag from copper or brass.
That piece is then hand stamped with your puppy's name, number and other details. Each character and image is hammered into the metal one at at time using a hammer and individual stamping tools.
This technique creates a one of a kind artisan feel. No two pet ids will be identical.
Next the silver, brass or copper accents are soldered onto the plate. Once cool the tag is cleaned and polished and the lettering is blacken for contrast. All edges are sanded and smoothed so there are no rough edges. The tag is then given an arched shape for a comfortable fit once it's attached to the dog collar.
The last step is a final shine in a polishing tumbler and then it is ready to ship.
