AVERAGE fits wrist sizes 6 -7 inches with two adjustable snaps
LARGE fits wrist sizes 7 - 8 inches with two adjustable snaps
Larger sizes are available upon request.

The cuff is approximately 8-9 inches long x 2 mm thick.
