Small Flower Name Plate for Dog Collars

Customized your existing collar for the Daisy Dog in your life. You can add TWO lines of text to this 1/2 inch tag. Names, phone numbers, address, etc.
These plates are made to attach directly to the collar, so there is no noise from the tags.

THIS LISTING IS FOR THE PLATE ONLY and does not include the dog collar.

A gold brass daisy is soldered onto your choice of a brass, or copper plate. Each tag can be hand stamped with up to 2 lines of text.

Add this plate to your collar... It's as Simple as 1 2 3 !
  • 1. Mark the holes on the dog collar with a sharpie pen using the plate as a guide
  • 2. Use a 7/32" drill bit to drill holes into the collar
  • 3. Attach the plate using the enclosed screws
