Measure your wrist just below your wrist bone with a flexible tape measure OR Measure your wrist with a string or strip of paper. Mark your wrist size and use a ruler to measure the length.
Order the size that is closest to this measurement.

Average Women's wrists measure 6 - 6.5 inches.
Average Men's wrist measure 7 - 7.5 inches.

  • This cuff is 3/8 inches wide x 2.5 mm thick.
  • It is custom cut to fit. Average size men's wrist range from 7-7.75 inches in circumference.
  • These cuffs are meant to fit snug on your wrist. They have a 1.5" opening for sliding off and on your wrist. They are slightly adjustable.
  • It is lightweight and very easy to wear. It is made with 100% pure aluminum and will not tarnish or cause reactions due to nickel allergies.
