WOMEN'S SMALL CUFF- is 5.5 inches from end to end with a 1-inch gap for sliding on and off your wrist.
WOMEN'S AVERAGE CUFF is 6 inches from end to end with a 1-inch gap for sliding on and off your wrist.
MEN'S SMALL is 6.5 inches from end to end with a 1-1.5 inch gap for sliding on and off your wrist.
MEN'S AVERAGE is 7 inches from end to end with a 1-1.5 inch gap for sliding on and off your wrist.

Average Women's wrists measure 6 - 6.5 inches.
Average Men's wrist measure 7 - 7.5 inches.
