***Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date.
All PERSONALIZED items are a final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is an error on my part in spelling or style then I will refund your money or replace it with a new one.
Personalized items include any piece that is hand stamped or engraved with custom text, dates, or images or any alterations made to an existing bracelet, necklace or ring.
CUSTOM Items may be returned or exchanged for restocking fee of 25% of the original purchase price. If you are exchanging a piece all shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom items include any cuff, bracelet or ring that is cut and sized for an individual. All other pieces can be exchanged for another selection or a returned for a refund. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or Pay Pal account used for the purchase. Shipping fees and "rush" fees are non-refundable.
The item must be unused and in its original condition . Repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with a copy of the packing slip OR the last 4 digits of the order number and your Name and Address. Then follow these simple steps:

2) It's always nice to know why an item is being returned. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. It helps me grow as a company and provide better service to my customers. If you have time please just send a note along with the item you are returning to let me know why it is being returned.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g. USPS Parcel Post, FedEx, UPS,) and retain your receipt. String Of Jewels is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, please contact me and I will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
