With the exception of our custom hand stamped jewelry, I am happy to replace your item with another selection or refund the credit card or Pay Pal account used for the purchase.
The item must be unused and in its original condition . Repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with a copy of the packing slip OR the last 4 digits of the order number and your Name and Address. Then follow these simple steps:

2) It's always nice to know why an item is being returned. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. It helps me grow as a company and provide better service to my customers. If you have time please just send a note along with the item you are returning to let me know why it is being returned.

Personalized custom hand stamped jewelry is non-refundable.
If there is an error on my part in spelling or style then I will refund your money or replace it with a new one.
If you are totally not satisfied with your piece, please contact me and I will be happy to work out other options for you.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g. USPS Parcel Post, FedEx, UPS,) and retain your receipt. String Of Jewels is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, please contact me and I will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
