If you would like to return something you purchased from us just follow these simple steps:
Repack the gift in its original packaging (if possible) with the packing slip and follow these simple steps:
1) Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.

3) Write down the Return Authorization (RA) number given to you by the customer service representative.

For your security, please return your gift with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. String Of Jewels is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
If you are returning a gift because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, String Of Jewels will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
